Description:
Attorneys in the Special Prosecution Division establish a standard of
excellence in the prosecution of various crimes throughout the State of
New Mexico. Attorneys handle these matters from the intake/charging
phase all the way through trial. Attorneys within the division carry a
manageable caseload that allows time for collaboration with other
attorneys in the division, consultation with experts, and trial
preparation using expert jury consultants. The attorney must be licensed
and in good standing with the New Mexico State Bar.
