Description:

The award-winning, Colorado & Texas Personal Injury Lawyers is seeking a Pre-Litigation Attorney with litigation experience.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

Monthly case reviews;
Confirm vital correspondence and notices (e.g. CGIA, spoliation, WC Notices) are drafted properly and sent out;
Demand review with clients;
Settlement disbursements, resolving subrogation claims, liens, and other third party interests;
Build client cases, verifying that all client injuries, damages, and other losses have been documented and are being presented for maximum recovery;
Research and analyze case-specific legal issues and documentation (e.g. insurance policies, lien language, settlement releases);
Foster and maintain an excellent rapport with clients through consistent communication and thorough advisement;
Negotiate settlements.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational, accuracy and prioritization skills, as well as the ability to work with multiple staff members. This position requires excellent attention to detail and a collegial, team-player demeanor.

Applicants must have extensive knowledge and experience in the personal injury field (8 year minimum) with knowledge of auto collisions, premises liability, and general negligence.

Must be licensed to practice in Colorado.
