Description:

International law firm headquartered in Washington, D.C. has an immediate need for a qualified associate (1-3 years) to work in their Washington, D.C. Office to assist with OSHA and environmental laws (including FIFRA and TSCA) and related regulatory matters.

Candidate should possess strong academic credentials, analytical, writing and interpersonal skills, and the ability to assume immediate responsibility. Demonstrated ability with compliance counseling, administrative law, and regulatory policy development is preferred. Enforcement litigation experience is preferred. Background and experience in occupational safety and health law and environmental law a plus. Ability to relate well with a variety of people is important because of a team approach to the practice and extensive client contact.
