We are seeking an attorney who can provide quality legal services to our client base. Our ideal candidate will work passionately and effectively alongside our senior partners and staff to ensure a successful outcome for our clients.We are looking for someone who always pulls for the underdog. Who stood up to the bully at school (or at least wanted to). Who gets upset when they see someone treated unfairly, or being taken advantage of. Someone who has a passion for ensuring justice is provided fairly to everyone.
We are a criminal defense firm in Waco, Texas that helps good people fix their mistakes, and undo injustice one case at a time. This is an opportunity for someone who wants to make a difference!
Responsibilities:
- Advise clients by weighing available options toward a successful outcome and plan a course of action
- Determine case strategies and solutions to serve clients' needs after analysis
- Draft correspondence, legal pleadings, motions, and briefs
Qualifications:
- Must be able to handle a full caseload with minimal supervision
- Candidates must currently be a member of their local bar association - active member preferred
- Prior experience working in a law firm for a minimum of 1-2 years required
