About the Job:We are seeking an Associate Attorney to become a part of our team! You will represent clients in court, draft pleadings and counsel clients in their legal affairs.
Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in court
- Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients
- Advise clients on business and legal transactions
- Negotiate settlements for legal disputes
- Comply with all legal standards and regulations
- Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1-2 years experience
- Familiarity with Riverside and San Bernardino County court procedures and documents
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple client/cases
- Excellent client relationship skills
- California State Bar License Required.
