Qualifications:
- 3+ years Insurance Defense/Litigation experience desired
- Must have active license to practice law in California and be a member in good standing with the bar.
- Must have a law degree from law school (both ABA and CBA considered) and excellent academic credentials.
- Strong automation/technological skills for lawsuit handling and courtroom presentation
- Strong written & oral communication skills
