Description:
We are seeking an experienced Attorney to join our legal services team at A Busy Law Firm. In this role, you will serve as an attorney responsible for supporting our law practice and serving the firm's clients. The ideal candidate enjoys performing intellectually challenging legal work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment with high standards, expectations and ample opportunities for personal and professional development. Experience with civil litigation, family law, personal injury, landlord and tenant, estate planning is encouraged.The ideal candidate will be qualified, passionate, self-motivated, detail-oriented and customer service-oriented. Being bilingual/multilingual is encouraged but not required
Qualifications:
- Experience drafting a variety of court filings
- Experience effectively taking and defending cases
- Experience managing a workload of multiple clients and competing deadlines
- Commitment to advancing representation toward client-desired outcome and regularly meeting or exceeding client needs and expectations in a timely, efficient, and cost-effective manner
- Experience communicating orally and in writing with clients, colleagues, experts, witnesses, opposing counsel, and judges
- Demonstrated commitment to producing consistently high-quality work
- Demonstrated collaboration with other colleagues, attorneys, and staff
- Good sense of humor
- Demonstrated commitment to giving back to the community
