Great Falls firm looking for an Attorney to join well established workers' compensation and personal injury practice, with opportunities to expand into other areas of law. Primary Job Duties:
Communicate with clients, attorneys, adjusters, medical providers, and experts; legal research; draft letters, settlement brochures, pleadings and briefs; conduct discovery; settlement negotiations; keep cases on track and meet deadlines; work with support staff; prepare for and conduct trials.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor. Minimum 2-3 years' litigation experience preferred.
- Strong writing and research skills.
- Excellent analytical abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
