About the Job:
This
is a full-time, on-site role for an Attorney at A General Practice Law Firm. The Attorney will work in many areas of law, but primarily in
general civil litigation or family law. The Attorney will be responsible
for conducting legal research, legal writing, participating in ADR,
engaging in written discovery or depositions, and drafting legal
documents; as well as participate in local networking and marketing
efforts on behalf of the firm.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school
- Licensed to practice law in Minnesota
- Strong Research and Negotiation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in litigation and dispute resolution is a plus
- Close proximity to Forest Lake is a plus
