The attorney will have immediate client interaction as they develop relationships with clients by providing counsel, helping clients understand their options, and representing clients in court and negotiations. No prior bankruptcy experience is necessary as the applicant will receive hands-on training with our accomplished attorneys. - Meet with clients to discuss their financial options.
- Organize plans and strategies tailored to clients' lives.
- Prepare and review court filings.
- Strategize with co-counsel or colleagues.
- Attend court hearings.
- Build and maintain relationships with bankruptcy trustees, judges, and their staff.
- Learn bankruptcy codes and procedures.
Attorney Requirements:
- Admitted to practice in the State of Colorado
- Self-motivated and possess excellent interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills.
