A General Practice Attorney, a midsize law firm based in Crystal Lake, is seeking an energetic, self-motivated attorney to fill a full-time attorney position. The position will involve an array of practice areas with an initial primary emphasis on municipal prosecutor wherein he or she will prosecute misdemeanor, petty, and ordinance violations in both circuit court and municipal administrative court. The position has opportunity for continued growth. The ideal candidate must be licensed in Illinois, be able to multi-task, enjoy a fast-paced environment, and be willing to put down roots in the local community. Experience is not required, though compensation will be commensurate with experience in criminal or traffic prosecution or defense and/or civil or criminal jury trial experience.
