Description:
Overview:We are looking for an entry level associate attorney to join our growing law firm - handling cases in NJ and NY. We primarily handle traffic / dui and other similar matters in Municipal Court, and also handle a variety of other types of legal cases.
Responsibilities:
- Must be currently licensed to practice in NJ
- MUST be willing to appear in multiple courts per day. While courts are generally conducted via zoom, there may be in person appearances.
- willingness to handle phone calls, and client status updates
- NY Bar admission is a PLUS
- Spanish Speaking is a PLUS
- We will train. No experience is necessary.
- This is a 1099 position.
