- Appear in court or before government agencies
- Exceed all legal standards and regulations
- Perform timekeeping/administrative and case management functions
Qualifications:

- 3+ years of experience in civil litigation
- Familiarity with the CPLR and bodily injury litigation
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
