Description:
We are interviewing and hiring attorneys with minimum 2 years experience in personal inury for our pre-litigation team.You will work on pre-litigation personal injury cases: Evaluating cases for viability, assisting with ordering medical records, negotiating liens, negotiating settlements, and notifying the managing attorney of cases that need to be litigated, which those will shift to our litigation team.
Your cases will be provided by the firm and you will not be expected to source new cases.
This is a full-time position with competitive compensation and bonuses. This position is on-site, with no remote option.
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree
- Admission to the Alabama State Bar Association and in good standing
- Minimum 2 years experience in personal injury law
- Alabama State Bar License (Required)
