Do you want to use your law degree to help ambitious business owners build a better future for their families while having a great work-life balance? Our attorneys work on six billable hour days. This pace keeps their practice from consuming their lives outside of work. Our attorney salaries are very competitive on an hourly basis, but if you are trying to maximize your income by working like a dog, then you probably are not a fit for us. We do not pay the same as firms that expect eight or ten billable hours per day.

We are looking for a few great attorneys that value having a life outside of the office. We take care of all the other hassles of marketing, case finance and client services, while giving our attorneys the opportunity to do meaningful and stimulating work. Our bonus structures allow our attorneys to increase their income if they want to, but over 80% stick with the six hour a day pace because it works for their lifestyles.

We help small to mid-sized business owners make smart business decisions with their problems and opportunities. Our attorneys must have court room experience because sometimes taking on one of our clients means heading to the courthouse to teach someone some manners.

Business law experience is preferred, but not a prerequisite for joining our team. Our attorneys come from varied backgrounds including, collections, insurance defense, family law and intellectual property litigation. The common denominators our attorneys have are devoted advocacy for our clients and the confidence to take a case to the courthouse, if necessary.

Just so we don't waste each other's time, if you do not have those, please do not apply. We are not collecting lawyers with a bar card and a pulse. We are building a tribe of attorneys with the right skills to help our clients coupled with an attitude that matches our culture.

We believe in working hard and as a team, so that when the workday is over our team can leave their work at the office and be present with their families. We also insist our team members have a sense of humor, be flexible and bring joy to their work and the team. If you cannot bring a cheerful attitude with you, don't bother applying. We are a no drama firm and we do not hire Eeyores.

We are a professional outfit with numerous attorneys deemed SuperLawyers or AV Rated. Still, we do not believe you have to be stuffy and formal to provide great legal help.

Our attorneys deal with a lot of novel issues and must be creative in solving problems and helping with opportunities. We are a very collaborative team, but we do not hand hold. Our staff handles the administrative hassles, so our attorneys get to do what they devoted three years of brain damaging law school to do – be great lawyers! We have a full time Director of Client Experience to ensure our clients are happy and to be a wingman for our attorneys.

We build long term relationships with our clients, including serving as their outside general counsel. Our attorneys have a ton of client contact and responsibility for running with their cases. We believe in our clients' dreams and fight to help them become a reality.
