Job Description and Duties:
Under the general direction of the Chief Counsel, the Attorney III provides expert legal services to the Board and Board staff with respect to assigned subject matter areas, performing the most complex and sensitive legal work, including, but not limited to: independently conduct research; draft opinions; answer difficult oral and written inquiries from the staff, the Board, other governmental entities, and the public; appear at hearings of the Board; draft or assist in drafting legislation and regulations; and provide legal consult in preparation of Board publications.

Working Conditions:

Telework is available fifty percent (50%) of the time.
Standard office environment.
Requires being in a stationary position, consistent with office work, for extended periods of time.
Daily use of a personal computer, office equipment, and/or telephone.
Must be able to move/transport objects weighing up to twenty (20lbs.) pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
