We are an Elite full-service law firm located in Seminole County, Florida with open positions for a full-time, Attorney.We have a highly organized and systematized practice and a team that works well together. Candidate will be responsible for preparing and drafting motions, pleadings, correspondence, etc. in addition to performing legal research, preparing trial notebooks, and providing any additional assistance with trial as needed. Candidate must be able to review and prepare discovery, financial affidavits, mandatory disclosures, answers to interrogatories, and responses to request for production. Candidate will be required to manage case load and maintain communication with clients, opposing parties and opposing counsels. Candidate will also be required to prepare for and attend court events such as hearings, case management conferences, depositions, trials, etc.
Candidate should be proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word and Excel. Candidate is preferred to have 3-5 years in family law or litigation experience.
Candidate must possess outstanding communication skills and sense of empathy.
