A Civil Litigation Law Firm is seeking a civil litigation attorney in Gold River, CA (Greater Sacramento) with at least 3-6 years' experience in all aspects of litigation, including discovery, motion practice and trials. Public entity defense, including civil rights/law enforcement and/or employment law experience preferred. Appellate experience preferred but not required. Candidate should demonstrate strong research, writing and oral communications skills, and be self-motivated to handle case assignments and conduct trials with minimal supervision.
