Overview: We have an opportunity for an Associate or Senior Counsel Attorney with civil litigation experience (preferably in the area of product liability) to join our Orlando (Lake Mary), FL location. When you join our team of legal professionals you can expect to be given significant responsibility and have immediate involvement with litigation matters.Skills / Qualifications:
- JD from accredited law school
- Current Florida Bar admission
- 3+ years of litigation experience (insurance defense/product liability)
- Large scale motion experience
- Trial experience, preferred
- Understanding of current state and federal procedures
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
