A Transactional & Advisory Services is seeking an experienced Associate and Of Counsel attorneys for our Melville, New York office. Founded in 1981, A Transactional & Advisory Services has established itself as a prominent insurance defense law firm with a proven track record of successfully defending legal, accounting, business and design professionals.Responsibilities:
Handle litigation matters from the inception of the case through resolution, including legal research, drafting pleadings, discovery, depositions, court appearances, and motion practice.
Qualifications for all attorney positions:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Member in good standing with the New York Bar.
- Excellent writing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications for Associate Attorney:
Minimum 3 - 5 years of litigation experience.
Qualifications for Of Counsel:
- Minimum 10 - 15 years of litigation experience.
