About the Job:
Our firm is seeking a skilled, experienced family law litigation attorney looking to make a lateral move to a new professional home with future partnership opportunities. We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 5 years of family law litigation experience, including first-chair experience, who can handle a variety of family law cases from start to finish, and are looking for a permanent place to do so.

We have a strong, region-wide reputation for cost-effective representation and top-rate litigation, mediation, and collaborative divorce skills. With a steady stream of high-quality clients from referrals throughout the state, we are able to offer a competitive compensation package for qualified candidates while not requiring an existing book of business. We encourage leadership roles within the bar association for professional growth and community outreach/pro bono work to give back to our community.

Our office is on a hybrid-schedule, with attorneys working remotely up to 3 days per week. We strive to achieve a reasonable work/life balance for all our employees and have a wonderful firm culture that is collaborative, supportive and cohesive; maintaining that culture is of the utmost importance in our search as we continue to grow. Despite not always being in the office together, our attorneys are in regular communication with each other to collaborate on cases and learn from each other and we look forward to inviting a new attorney into the conversation.
