Summary:The associate will provide support to partners in the Commercial Litigation practice group.

The position involves working in dynamic practice that includes all aspects of commercial litigation including discovery, depositions, motions practice, and trial. The applicant must possess exceptional organization skills, communication skills, research, and writing skills. Ideal candidate must have strong attention to detail and the ability to meet multiple deadlines simultaneously. Candidate must have excellent communications skills both written and verbal for interface with clients and attorneys.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Juris Doctor
- Should have 3 to 5 years of litigation experience at a law firm
- Must be licensed and in good standing with South Carolina ba
