A Real Estate Company is seeking qualified candidates for its opening for an Associate General Counsel position at its headquarters. The position will report to the company's General Counsel.Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in practicing law (preferably, in the areas of real estate, construction, land use, litigation, and/or business law).
- Ability to work with operational teams to accomplish the company's goals.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and desire for self-improvement.
- Admission into a state bar association.
Basic Outline of Scope:
Land and lot acquisition efforts, commercial contract review,
insurance-related issues, litigation-related issues, company-generated
documents, HOA-related issues, corporate governance issues, land use
issues, etc.
