Job Description:
We are seeking to hire an associate with 1-4 years of experience for the Corporate Transactions Practice Area, and such experience should be in the area of Executive Compensation. We are seeking to fill the role in either our New York, Chicago or Boston offices. Job Requirements:
- 1-4 years of executive compensation experience with a focus on Private Equity and Mergers & Acquisitions
- Strong academic background
- Excellent analytical and writing skills
- Applicants must be admitted to the jurisdiction where they intend to sit
