The Orlando office of An American Law Firm is seeking a mid-level associate with 3-5 years of experience to join its Commercial Litigation Practice. As a member of the Commercial Litigation Team, the candidate will join a leading national law firm and work on complex litigation matters. Qualifications of the ideal candidate include:

A wide range of experience in general commercial litigation including preparing pleadings, initiating, and responding to paper discovery, taking and defending depositions, and drafting and arguing dispositive motions.
Federal and state court litigation experience.
Excellent academic credentials and strong research, writing, oral advocacy, and discovery skills.
Exceptional project management skills and work ethic.
Ability to manage a fast-paced, complex workload while maintaining priorities and anticipating issues.
The professional commitment and interpersonal skills necessary to succeed in a collaborative team environment.
Admitted to practice law in Florida.

Pluses include:

AmLaw 100 law firm experience.
Experience in product liability, ADA, construction, real estate, or class action litigation.
Prior federal law clerk experience.
