I am looking for a lawyer to work with me personally on complex, high-stakes commercial litigation. This will not be your traditional associate engagement. You will work side-by-side with me, daily. I will do my best to build you into the best trial lawyer you can be. Faint-hearted lawyers need not apply. Substantial experience, although a plus, is not required, but I do need someone who is bright, energetic, tireless, and competitive. Must be a strong thinker, and writer. Must work well, even thrive, under pressure.You must aspire to be great. You must be willing to crave feedback and grow from it. If you do not have lots of trial experience, worry not. The firm has a broad range of commercial practice areas including complex business litigation, Intellectual Property, commercial real estate, shareholder & contract disputes, and general business matters.
Qualifications:
- JD from an accredited law school
- Must be admitted to practice in Florida
- Excellent research and writing skills
- Superior written and oral communication skills
- Experience with electronic discovery tools
- Litigation: 1 year (Preferred)
