Associate opportunities include writing briefs, motions, taking depositions, interviewing and preparing witnesses for testimony, and handling negotiations at mediations along with second chairing jury trials or other legal proceedings led by a senior shareholder. Travel opportunities are available for associates to attend out of town or out of state case events or court proceedings. Additionally, associate lawyers have an opportunity to work with highly skilled RLG legal staff along with interesting clients and expert witnesses. Associate attorneys are involved in the investigation of occurrences giving rise to lawsuits and work with clients and witnesses to prepare for case proceedings.
