Growing Virginia Beach Law Firm is looking for a hardworking, personable, dedicated associate who is able to multi-task and prioritize. Candidate must be licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Virginia with a preference of at least one full year of experience.Law Firm has the following open positions:
a) Associate: In this position, Law Firm will train the candidate as needed. A book of business is not required. Candidate will assist with all facets of a real estate closing, court hearing for landlord-tenant & contract disputes, and collection matters, and depending on qualifications and experience and interest levels, attorney may work in the following focused area: trust and estates, corporate law, contracts, litigation, commercial real estate, traffic offenses and family law matters.
b) Senior Associate: Candidate must be self-motivated, has experience, needs little training and has a small to large book of business. Note: Law Firm has substantial business and depending on Candidate's book of business and capacity to work on other items, law firm can refer additional clients to this candidate.
Both positions come with a substantial bonus plan. Salary is competitive and based on experience, potential book of business, and knowledge. Benefits include health insurance and a 401K.
