This is a full-time role for an Associate Attorney located in Vinita, OK. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice, conducting legal research, negotiating and preparing contracts, representing clients in court, and other tasks as assigned by senior partners. - Law degree and admission to the Oklahoma Bar Association
- At least two (2) years' experience as a practicing attorney
- Strong legal research and writing skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
- Experience with drafting legal documents and contracts
- Knowledge of relevant federal and state laws and regulations
