Description:
Position Duties:We are seeking Associate Attorneys who have a track record of litigation experience to join our growing and dynamic team. These professionals will manage a litigation caseload representing clients in a wide range of insurance defense claims. They will also be representing clients in depositions, court hearings, trials, etc. and negotiating settlements as required. As well as collaborating with other attorneys on legal projects and providing status reports to Senior Partners.
Hiring criteria:
- JD from an accredited law school
- Must be admitted to practice in MI
- 1 – 3 years of Insurance Defense experience is mandatory
