The Role: As our new Associate Attorney, you will:
- Represent clients in court and mediations.
- Handle family law cases including divorce, child custody, and support, as well as criminal defense.
- Engage in legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and briefs, and develop case strategies
- .Offer legal advice to clients, helping them navigate their most difficult moments with confidence and clarity.
- Work collaboratively with our team to ensure the highest quality of legal service.
- Attends business development and networking functions with firm leadership.
Requirements:
- J.D. from an accredited law school and licensed to practice in Texas.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in family and/or criminal law.
- Strong litigation skills, with a track record of success in the courtroom.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on compassion and client service.
- A deep-seated desire to make a positive impact in the community.
