Job Summary:
Associate attorney position at a thriving personal injury, class action, and insurance bad faith litigation law firm. The associate attorney will work closely with senior attorneys, handle client matters, represent clients in court, and contribute to case strategy and development.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
  • Manage a caseload of personal injury, class action, and insurance cases.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
  • Assist in trial preparation and attend/handle trials as needed.

Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
  • Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, and mediations.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and analysis.
  • Participate in settlement negotiations and alternative dispute resolution.
  • Review and analyze medical records, accident reports, and insurance policies.
  • Stay current with legal developments in relevant practice areas.
  • Participate in business development and client acquisition efforts.

Education and Experience:
