Requirements:
Essential Functions:
  • Ability to independently manage.
  • Represent clients in a wide range of matters, transactional and litigation.
  • Assist with drafting and preparing pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents.
  • Regularly handle court appearances.
  • Effectively and efficiently communicate with managing partners and other team members to provide status updates.
  • Adhere to all company policies including attendance guidelines and all electronic communication guidelines.
  • Participate in all aspects of Firm's matters.
  • Build relationships with business unit team members through an open and collaborative style. Assist business teams in achieving the client's goals and objectives in a legal and ethical manner.

Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as in a Boutique or large, midsize or law firm setting. Strong oral argument, research and writing skills.

Preferred: Experience in Business Litigation, Estates and Trusts, Business, Real Estate is a required.
