Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in comprehensive litigation case management, including conducting legal research, drafting motions, managing discovery requests, conducting depositions, and participating in court proceedings.
- Utilize strong reasoning skills and demonstrate exceptional research and writing abilities.
- Communicate effectively with supervising attorneys, legal staff, clients, and colleagues.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Maintain organized case files and documentation.
- Admission to the Utah State Bar.
New Associate: A new to 1 year associate to provide litigation and transactional support.
