The successful candidate will work on litigation matters for various business clients and high-net-worth individuals. The caseload will include breach of contract cases, employment defense, partnership and shareholder disputes, real property matters, trade secret litigation, and construction disputes.The ideal candidate can handle a caseload independently, have excellent client communication skills and desires, and can work in a team environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who would like to put down roots and build a clientele, and the firm will commit the resources necessary to make the position successful.
