An Established and Fast-Paced General Practice Law Firm was founded in 1935, and is an established and fast-paced general practice law firm located in Red Wing, Minnesota. We are a firm of three attorneys, each with our own practice areas of focus but we operate as a team in a dynamic collaborative environment.We are currently seeking an associate attorney with 0-3 years of experience to join our team. This associate will work closely with partners on family law, civil litigation, and real estate cases. A strong interest in family law is preferred.
Applicant should have a “can-do” attitude, be self-motivated, and have strong writing skills. Duties include preparing family law documents, preparing motions, performing research, client contact, representing clients in ADR and settlement negotiations, orders for protection, adoptions, and court appearances.
