Job Duties:
  • Legal research, analysis, citation checks, and editing
  • Drafting of letters, pleadings, and other documents as necessary
  • Preparation and drafting of answers to complaints, including affirmative defenses and counterclaims
  • Production of responses to discovery
  • Review and analysis of pleadings, motions, deposition materials, and discovery responses
  • Represent clients at trial and pre-trial events
  • Work together with paralegals on case management of client matters, including scheduling of motions, depositions, and trial orders
  • Maintain law license by complying with all bar requirements, including CLE credits
  • Special projects as assigned

Requirements:
  • 0-3 years' relevant experience
  • Must be licensed to practice law in the State of Idaho, or be able to get licensed within three months. Additional licensure in Washington State or willingness to obtain licensure in Washington State is a bonus.
