A Trial and Appellate Litigation Firm is a growing medium-sized city-practice law firm located in Port Chester, NY specializing in insurance defense litigation including general liability claims and insurance coverage issues stemming from construction-related accidents, premises liability claims, motor vehicle accidents, property damage claims and products liability claims. We are looking to fill an Associate Attorney position to, among other things, cover court conferences, depositions, motions, etc. The opening is for an attorney with 3-5 years of SIMILAR experience. Qualified candidates must be admitted to practice in the State of New York. Spanish-speaking and Connecticut and/or New Jersey admissions a plus.
