Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Attorney. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for handling all aspects of litigation, particularly preparing and responding to discovery. Organizing and electronically maintaining case files. Meeting with clients and attending hearings. Assisting in preparation of various transaction documents and real estate closings. Conducting legal research on specialized subjects. This includes providing legal advice, negotiating contracts, and representing clients in state and federal courts. Successful candidates will also be responsible for performing other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Strong knowledge of civil law
  • Experience in providing legal advice and conducting research
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Admission to the Florida State Bar (or ability to become admitted)
  • Relevant experience in civil litigation is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Law or related field, Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree is required
