Summary:
We are currently seeking a New York City-based Litigation Associate Attorney with (4) to (6) years complex litigation experience. At a minimum, candidates should have completed coursework in antitrust and/or intellectual property matters; direct, recent experience in these fields is highly preferred. Minimum Requirements:
- A Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an Accredited School of Law required
- Active license in good standing in at least one State ; licensure in State of NY highly preferred
- 4-6 years of complex litigation experience; Antitrust experience Required
- Candidates should also possess strong legal writing skills and will be expected to manage all aspects of complex litigation dockets with assistance from other team members.
Working Hours:
- Work may require more than 40 hours per week to perform the duties of the position. Some travel may be required as cases are being litigated across the country.
