Responsibilities and Duties:
Associate Attorney to work closely with Managing Attorney and other staff to meet and exceed client needs. Regular activities include:
  • Contribute during weekly staff meetings
  • Participate in routine file review meetings
  • Timely and professional communication with clients via telephone, email and in-person
  • Conduct consultations with prospective clients
  • Draft documents and correspondence to clients, opposing counsel, and the Court,
  • Draft discovery requests, pleadings and notices,
  • E-file documents with the Court,
  • Prepare for and advocate at Court hearings,
  • Trial preparation,
  • Other tasks as needed.

Professional qualifications:
  • 3 years of experience as a Family Law attorney (preferred)
  • 1 year of experience as a Probate Law attorney (preferred)
  • Bilingual/fluent in Spanish a plus, but not required
