Florida Attorneys is a full-service law firm with multiple offices in Florida seeking an energetic and detail-oriented community association Associate or Partner Level Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two to three years' experience representing condominium and homeowners' associations.Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include:
- Drafting and interpretation of governing documents
- Attendance at Board and membership meetings
- Review and revision of vendor contracts
- Enforcement of covenants
- Advisement in other aspects of community governance
- The ideal candidate will understand the litigation process in order to effectively work with the handling litigators and manage other claims involving the association.
Qualifications:
- Possess the ability to draft legal documents with minimal instruction
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Personable and possesses excellent written, proofreading, and organizational skills
- ?Strong communication skills to interact with clients and opposing counsel
- Deadline and detail oriented
- Florida Bar License required
