Malpractice Lawyers, a litigation-based law firm located in Milwaukee's Historic Third Ward, continues to grow its practice and is seeking an attorney with at least one-year experience with a passion for litigation. LKG is growing tremendously and is once again expanding its attorney staff to meet the needs of its healthcare clients. Applicants must have a strong desire to work in litigation, especially in matters related to healthcare, be hard working, have excellent communication and writing abilities and be able to excel in a fast-paced environment. Case handling will involve defending healthcare providers in medical related litigation from case filing through trial. Willingness to participate in depositions, hearings and trial is a must. The job is very demanding and requires individuals who are passionate, willing to think outside the box and put in the time and effort to handle the complex matters that the firm is engaged in.
