We are seeking to add an associate attorney to work on transactional commercial and residential real estate matters, provide representation for business acquisitions and sales and to assist with estate planning. The position includes a competitive base salary and bonus schedule. The ideal candidate will have a background in real estate and business law as well as some experience with estate plan preparation.The position requires strong attention to detail, writing skills and punctuality. The candidate should have 3-10 years of experience. Must be admitted in MA and NH or ME.
Our law firm focuses on the representation of national and regional lenders and investors in commercial and residential foreclosures and closings, providing general business representation to regional and local businesses and in general civil litigation. We also have an estate planning division.
