We are a general practice firm, but primarily practice in personal injury cases, mostly car accident cases, real estate closings, and domestic relations. As an Associate Attorney, you will be responsible for providing legal support and assistance to our clients. Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research to support ongoing cases
- Draft and review legal documents
- Assist with negotiations and settlements
- Prepare for and participate in hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings
- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and documentation
- Perform other legal administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- Admitted to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Prior experience in legal drafting, negotiation, and litigation is preferred
