A Class Action, Litigation Law Firm is seeking a full-time associate attorney for its consumer litigation department in Los Angeles. A Class Action, Litigation Law Firm is a plaintiff's firm specializing in false advertising and consumer protection class actions. Our firm litigates against the nation's largest manufacturers, across a wide variety of product lines. The associate will have the opportunity to play an integral role in managing a case from start to finish, including drafting complaints, planning and managing case schedules, drafting discovery, corresponding with opposing counsel, conducting hearings, and motion practice. They will also have the opportunity to use their creativity in identifying and rectifying areas of consumer deception.The candidate must be licensed in California and have a J.D. from an accredited law school.
