- Active involvement in all phases of client representation, and well versed in complex civil litigation.
- Draft Complaints, Pre-Trial Motions, Summary Judgment Motions and trial preparation documents.
Qualifications:
- Strong oral and written advocacy skills required.
- Excellent command of details and an ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines.
- Organized with excellent time management skills and ability to handle a large caseload.
- Experience in complex litigation and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Minimum of three years experience.
