Job Description:
The firm is hiring a litigator admitted in New York State with a minimum of 3 years courtroom experience during their career. The work is split between Family Law/ Matrimonial cases and Commercial Litigation. Most of our clients come from Westchester, Rockland, and Orange Counties and require legal support throughout the Hudson Valley.
Responsibilities with cases include from the commencement of the action, through financial discovery, negotiations, courtroom motion practice to settlement conferences and Trials. The ideal candidate's skills include offering our clients compassion and empathy while working toward their goals, dedication to the law through continued learning and expert courtroom, writing and negotiating skills.
