The Firm is seeking an Associate Attorney to provide comprehensive support in a fast-paced and varied law practice. The Associate's primary role will be to directly support the Firm's founding partner. The founding partner is an attorney and investor with more than 20 years of experience and focuses in business and real estate transactions and provides general counsel services to clients in a diverse array of industries, including technology, aviation, construction, hospitality and agriculture. An organized self-starter with keen interpersonal abilities, attention to detail and a strong desire to work across a diverse professional landscape will thrive in this influential role.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Negotiate and prepare merger and acquisitions documents, including asset purchase and stock purchase agreements
  • Provide end-to-end support for sell-side and buy-side residential and commercial real estate transactions, including title closing services
  • Advise clients in all aspects of corporate formation and governance
  • Research and analyze relevant law and communicate strategic legal advice to clients

Requirements:
  • Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school
  • 1 to 5 years' experience, preferably with mergers and acquisitions and real estate experience
  • Patient, curious, thoughtful, dynamic and driven
  • Outstanding communication and presentation abilities
  • Strong business acumen and technology prowess
  • Excellent research, writing and analytical skills
  • Meticulous attention to details
