Your Role:
As an Associate Attorney, you will work closely with our clients to understand their estate planning needs and provide them with expert legal guidance. Your responsibilities include:
  • Legal Expertise: Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and provide legal counsel on estate planning matters.
  • Client Consultations: You will conduct in-depth consultations with clients to understand their individual needs, financial goals, and family dynamics. Based on these insights, you will develop customized estate plans tailored to each client's unique situation.
  • Document Review: Your keen eye for detail will be essential in reviewing and updating legal documents to meet the changing needs of clients. Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctorate: You must hold a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and be licensed to practice law in Vermont.
